👋 The Rugged Woodworking Story
Rugged Woodworking was founded by Mason Johnston at age 15, turning a passion for woodworking into a growing small business focused on quality craftsmanship and real hardwood products.
What started as a young entrepreneur's woodworking business has grown into a small American business built around quality materials, careful craftsmanship, and products made to last.
Thank you for supporting Rugged Woodworking and the business Mason built from the ground up.
🧼 Care Instructions
Wash: Hand wash with warm, soapy water. Never soak or place in the dishwasher.
Dry: Dry promptly and allow the board to air dry completely before storing.
Oil: Apply cutting board oil whenever the wood begins to look or feel dry.
Condition: Apply wood conditioner as needed for deeper conditioning and protection.
Padauk contains strong natural pigments, so some color may transfer to a cloth during cleaning or conditioning, particularly when the board is new. This is normal. We recommend using a cloth you don't mind staining.
