Processing Time

Most orders are handcrafted and processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at ruggedwoodworkingut@gmail.com.

For damaged shipments, please keep the product and original packaging and provide photos when requested. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Rugged Woodworking is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order shipped again.
