Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handcrafted, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Personalized and custom-engraved products are also non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us evaluate damage and, when applicable, submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Natural Wood Variations

Because our products are made from real solid hardwood, variations in grain, color, tone, and other natural characteristics are expected. These natural variations are not considered defects.
