Custom and Handcrafted Items

As each item in our collection is customized and handcrafted to order, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
