Our Solid Hardwood Carving Blocks are built for the jobs that call for something heavier. At approximately 1½–2" thick, these substantial boards provide a solid, stable surface for carving brisket, roasts, turkey, steak, and other meats.

Each Carving Block is handcrafted from one solid piece of hardwood and includes a built-in juice groove and recessed side grips for easy lifting.

Finished with USDA Certified Organic fractionated coconut oil, organic carnauba wax, and local beeswax. No mineral oil, stains, or dyes.

🪵 Limited Availability

Our Carving Blocks aren't a standard, made-to-size product. We make them when we find individual pieces of hardwood with the size and thickness needed to create one.

Available wood species and dimensions will vary. Once a particular Carving Block is sold, that exact size may not be available again.

🧼 Care Instructions

Wash: Hand wash with warm, soapy water. Never soak or place in the dishwasher.
Dry: Dry promptly and allow the block to air dry completely before storing.
Oil: Apply cutting board oil whenever the wood begins to look or feel dry.
Condition: Apply wood conditioner as needed for deeper conditioning and protection.

Note: A small amount of natural wood color may transfer to a cloth during cleaning or conditioning, particularly during the first few uses. This is normal with natural wood.
